All our blinds, shades and shutters are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
What are the exceptions?
This warranty does not cover any conditions caused by normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse or exposure to the elements (ie: water coming in contact with interior products).
All motorized components are warrantied for 5 years.
